How we handle files

MP4 Converter processes the video, audio, image, and PDF files you choose locally on your Mac. We do not upload file contents to our servers or access files you have not selected.

Information we process

To provide conversion quotas, purchase restoration, and subscription access, we may process an anonymous device identifier, quota request records, and subscription status supplied by Apple and RevenueCat. This information does not include the contents of your files.

Subscriptions and payments

Apple App Store processes subscription payments. We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription access, restore purchases, and maintain Pro status on your device. We never receive your payment card information.
